I have been inactive for a year. My injuries have kept me from being able to exercise and I've been feeling really unhealthy lately.

Got a weight bench and some weights a couple of days ago!
I've gotten so weak... My routine is pretty sad...
I can't do anywhere NEAR as much exercise as I could before I fell, but since I don't have much else to do, I'm going to be all about getting my condition back up to a tolerable level. I don't have a full set of weights yet but I have enough for now. It's going to be a bit of a challenge since I can't walk long distances or jog / run for cardio, but it's a start! I already feel a million times better after only two days. I'm fuckin stoked!
